Information we use

We use account details, property identifiers, questionnaire answers, paid research requests, preferred researcher-contact details, report activity, correction requests, and service-usage information to provide and improve the Finder.

Address matching

For a free address lookup, the entered street address may be sent to the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder to identify likely geographic jurisdictions. A Census match does not determine zoning or whether a proposed use is allowed.

Payments

Stripe processes checkout and billing. RV Living America Finder stores Stripe customer, order, and subscription references but does not store complete payment-card numbers. Your research narrative and preferred phone or email are not placed in Stripe checkout metadata.

Research records

Completed reports preserve the source documents and evidence used to create them. Property, request, and report access is limited through account-based permissions, staff roles, and database security policies.

Service providers

Infrastructure and processing providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, the U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder, mapping providers, and later Microsoft Azure. Server-side credentials are not placed in browser code.

Your choices

You may request correction of report information, manage subscriptions through the billing portal, and contact RV Living America at admin@patriotdigitalcollective.com to ask about your account data.
